1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a legal guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our sole discretion.

2. ORDER ACCURACY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You are solely responsible for:
- Entering the correct shipping address
- Ensuring the delivery location is secure
- Monitoring tracking updates
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped via third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the carrier, responsibility for timely delivery lies with the carrier.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

4. DELIVERED PACKAGES / NON-RECEIPT CLAIMS
If a package is marked as Delivered, it is considered successfully fulfilled.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders where:
- Tracking shows “Delivered”
- Delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier
- The shipping address provided at checkout matches the order
This applies regardless of whether the customer personally received the item.

5. PORCH THEFT & SECURE DELIVERY (IMPORTANT)
DezignerJet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after confirmed delivery, including but not limited to porch theft.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Carriers may leave packages unattended at the delivery address
- Delivery confirmation (including GPS verification where available) constitutes proof of fulfillment
- Theft or loss occurring after delivery is outside our control and liability
We strongly recommend:
- Delivering to a secure location
- Using signature-required delivery when available
- Monitoring tracking and retrieving packages promptly
Failure to secure delivery does not qualify for a refund.

6. CARRIER INVESTIGATIONS & CLAIMS
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, you agree to:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a trace or investigation
- Check surrounding areas, neighbors, and household members
- File a claim with the carrier if applicable
We may assist by providing shipment details, but we are not responsible for the outcome of carrier investigations.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS / RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping fees
- No refunds will be issued for shipping costs
Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered valid fulfillment.

8. REFUNDS & RETURNS

Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Delivered packages
- Incorrect address entries
- Carrier delays or issues outside our control
- Theft after delivery

9. FRAUD PREVENTION & ORDER VERIFICATION
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel or hold orders flagged as high-risk
- Request identity verification
- Require signature confirmation on certain orders
We may use fraud detection tools, IP tracking, and third-party verification services.

10. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES (VERY IMPORTANT)
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback.
You acknowledge that initiating a chargeback for an order that shows confirmed delivery may be considered abuse of the chargeback system.
In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to provide evidence including but not limited to:
- Carrier delivery confirmation (including GPS data when available)
- Tracking history
- Order details and shipping address confirmation
- IP address and device data at time of purchase
- Proof of agreement to these Terms
We actively contest fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.
Customers who initiate unjustified disputes may be restricted from future purchases.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DezignerJet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss, theft, or damage to packages after confirmed delivery.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from DezignerJet, including transactional and marketing messages.
