At DezignerJet, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth customer experience. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

 1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases made through Dezignerjet are considered final sale.


We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

- Change of mind 

- Incorrect size selection 

- Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout 

- Items marked as delivered by the carrier 

- Delays caused by the shipping carrier 


By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 2. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We understand mistakes happen.


Order changes (such as size, address, or item adjustments) may be requested within 24-72 hours of placing your order.


After this window, we cannot guarantee any changes, as orders may already be processed or shipped.

 3. EXCEPTIONS (DISCRETIONARY SUPPORT)

While all sales are final, we may choose to assist customers on a case-by-case basis.


At our sole discretion, we may offer:

- Store credit 

- Partial refund 

- Replacement item 


This is not guaranteed and does not establish precedent for future orders.

 4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


To qualify, you must provide:

- Clear photos of the item 

- Photos of packaging (if applicable) 

- Order number 


If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.


We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.

5. DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking shows your package was marked as “Delivered”, the order is considered fulfilled.


We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

- Packages marked delivered but not received 

- Lost or stolen packages after delivery 


Customers are responsible for:

- Providing a secure delivery location 

- Monitoring tracking updates 

- Contacting the shipping carrier for assistance 


We may assist by providing tracking details, but we are not responsible for the outcome of carrier investigations.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESS / RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

- The customer is responsible for reshipping fees 

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable 


Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered successfully fulfilled.

 7. FRAUD & ABUSE PREVENTION

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, or replacements in cases of suspected:

- Fraudulent claims 

- Abuse of policies 

- Repeated refund requests 

- Chargeback threats or misuse

 8. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a dispute.


We actively dispute chargebacks involving:

- Confirmed delivery 

- Policy-covered situations 

- Evidence of order fulfillment 


Evidence may include:

- Carrier tracking confirmation 

- Delivery timestamps 

- Order details and customer-provided address 

- Agreement to this policy at checkout
