1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2 Weeks (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We are not responsible for delays due to high order volume, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
DezignerJet is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Weather conditions
- Holidays or peak seasons
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

3. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Delivery issues caused by customer error
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping fees
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure timely retrieval of the package upon delivery.

5. DELIVERED PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.
At that point, ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the customer.
DezignerJet is not responsible for:
- Lost packages after delivery
- Stolen packages (including porch theft)
- Missing packages where tracking shows “Delivered”
Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier, including GPS verification where available, serves as proof of fulfillment.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES (AFTER DELIVERY)
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, you agree to:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or surrounding areas
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation
- File a claim with the carrier if applicable
We may assist by providing tracking details, but we are not responsible for the outcome of carrier investigations.

7. CARRIER ISSUES (IN TRANSIT)
If your package is lost or delayed before being marked as delivered, please contact us at Dezignerjet01@gmail.com.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

8. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION (IF APPLICABLE)
For certain orders, we may require or recommend signature confirmation upon delivery.
If signature confirmation is declined or not selected, the customer assumes full responsibility once the package is marked delivered.

9. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping fees
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

10. SHIPPING LIABILITY LIMITATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DezignerJet is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft occurring after a package has been confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier.
